TOP EARNINGS - Our full time, over-the-road drivers averaged $1,185.36 per week in 2006 for an average gross wage of $61,638.93.  Our top driver for 2006 made over $74,000.00!!

  • We offer mileage pay, starting at 41¢ per loaded mile, and 30¢ per empty mile.

  • The scale continues to grow, based on additional years of service, to 49¢ per loaded mile!

  • Drivers are also eligible for an annual safety bonus and employment bonus, paying 2¢ per loaded mile for miles driven in the past year.

  • An additional 1¢ per mile can be earned in fuel bonus each week. With the weekly fuel bonus and annual safety/employment bonuses, our top drivers wage is 52¢ per loaded mile!

  • Drivers pull an average of 5.4 loads per week. We pay loading and unloading on shipments requiring driver handling and all stop offs.

MIDWESTERN TRAFFIC LANES - 95% of our runs are to points no further east than Pittsburgh, PA and no further west than Kansas City, KS. We also run south to points in the Carolinas and Georgia. We do take three to five loads per week to the East Coast (Baltimore area) which are rotated between all drivers. We do not run in the New England states.

LATE MODEL EQUIPMENT - Currently our fleet consist of 202 tractors.  Company tractors are all Freightliner Conventional's, 1998 through 2007 models.  We are a small, but aggressive trucking company.  We believe in a moderate, steady growth, and strive to utilize our equipment in the most efficient and profitable manner.

COMPETITIVE BENEFITS - We offer to our company drivers 4 weeks paid vacation the first year out; health insurance and dental plan which includes benefits for prescriptions, on yourself, your wife and family; $15,000.00 life insurance policy; and 401k plan with a company match up to 100%. Our benefits also include: deadhead pay, guaranteed wage per week and per trip, per diem program, fuel bonus, and safety bonuses. We guarantee that you will be home every weekend (average weekend is 36 hours). If for some reason you do not get home on any given weekend, we will pay for a motel room as well as layover pay. We also offer a rider program effective 90 days after employment.
