Throughout the year our catalogs are seen by an impressive one-third of all households in the United States. Our primary goal is to offer quality products at an affordable prices with a company centric philosophy. Our facility in Perris, CA houses every step of the catalog marketing process.
Our Merchandisers select and negotiate the best prices on the products we sell. Our Art Production department creates beautiful catalog images and copy. Marketing analyzes data and gets our catalogs into the hands of our customers. An order may be placed by mail or phone. Each order is facilitated by our inbound call and mail order center, with internet ordering to be soon on the scene. Order data is entered, invoices prepared and orders are picked, packed and shipped for delivery to our customers. We also have support departments such as Computer Operations, Information Technology, Accounting, Quality Audit, Human Resources/Training, Maintenance and Services.
