History
In 1996 Service Plus was founded by Bruce Finn with the purpose of providing merchandising services to retailers of computer software and peripheral products. As Service Plus evolved the name was changed to ActionLink in 2002 to clearly define our more advanced business model. Since ActionLink's establishment, we have grown to over 4,000 W-2 employees who provide comprehensive merchandising programs, product demonstrations/assisted selling, and technical product training. We support these services with a data retrieval/online reporting system and a computerized distribution center. Our services are provided for specific lines of the electronic products manufacturers we represent, and are currently being utilized by some of the country's best known "big box" retail establishments.

Merchandising Reps
ActionLink employs one of the largest staff of working merchandisers in the industry with a field staff of over 1,000 in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. That not withstanding, we are constantly searching for new talent to add to our experienced team.

ActionLink merchandisers go above and beyond the industry standards to provide the highest level of service while displaying the ultimate in professionalism and customer service. Due to this dedication, our representatives are welcomed by store sales staff and management, who know most by name. These relationships are encouraged and are critical to the success of our work at the store level.

ActionLink merchandisers set products to planogram, conduct store audits, execute end-cap and in line product display installations, build relationships with store staff and management.

Our team of professionals have a keen interest in the latest innovative products and are sought by the leaders in the technology field. They conduct hundreds of demonstrations in office supply and electronics stores nationally providing valued product information to customers, leading to a feeling of confidence in their purchasing decision.

Be it digital cameras, home theatre, GPS systems and more, our demonstrators are experts. Stores value our interaction with customers, assisting the sales staff to achieve the ultimate goal of increased sales! Our demonstrators are thoroughly trained and supported by our team of Regional and District Managers.
