SpringMeade Health Center of Tipp City, OH, a 99 bed Long Term Care facility and the Northern Miami Valley’s premier provider of Skilled Rehabilitation, is seeking experienced, caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with Supervisory experience to join our team. Candidates must have a valid Ohio State Registered Nurse licensure with experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

SpringMeade Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• MUST have licensure in OH for RN
• Have experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Have strong clinical assessment & communication skills
