Facility Manager

Description:

AAA Carolinas is currently seeking qualified, experienced candidates to serve as Facility Manager in the Raleigh, NC area. This candidate will be customer service driven, have management experience, a fiscal mindset and the ability to multi-task. Candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Operate the Car Care facility

Oversee service and budgetary goals relative to automotive repairs and related service to customers

Manage, maintain and build quality customer relationships

Oversee staff at facility, involvement in employee selection

Deliver superior customer service at all times that is consistent with AAA Carolinas commitment to provide members and customers with value, safety and total peace of mind in all things Automotive, Travel and Insurance

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems and technical resources

Knowledge of equipment/tool operation and diagnostic/repair procedures

2-3 years experience in automotive repair

Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
