Sales Account Executive
The Employment Guide®, a division of Dominion Enterprises, seeks sales associates to further develop our organization. This challenging sales opportunity is for self-starters with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships in the rapidly expanding employment marketplace with The Employment Guide.
Essential Duties:
Sales Account Executive responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business using a consultative sales method, offering local businesses a multimedia array of recruitment solutions.
Sales Planning
• Develop an understanding of customer needs
• Develop weekly and monthly sales plans
Selling
• Prospect & close new business
• Develop and present advertising recommendations based on customer needs
• Manage the Sales Funnel - convert prospects into customers and customers into advocates on a timely basis
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up
• Consistently attain revenue goals
Developing New Business
• Participate in sales meetings
• Jointly develop and implement a personal development program to enhance sales skills
• Participate in sales coaching sessions with the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
Ideal sales candidates will be financially-driven, highly disciplined and have a strong work ethic.
• Must consistently have a positive attitude toward providing excellent service and support to customers, co-workers, and field support personnel
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Good administrative skills and ability to accurately spell and proofread
• Planning and organization skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Computer literacy and knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office).
