Ranstad National Recruiting is seeking 30 temporary customer service reps for our client located in New Castle, PA. These are temporary positions that will go through December 2009. THESE POSITIONS ARE PART TIME - 30 HOURS A WEEK (Full time applicants need not apply)

Job duties:
* Research and respond to customer inquiries.
* Review and update customer records on computerized data base.
* Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties.
* Must have the ability to multi-task while on phone and at the same time inputting data into PC

This is a call center environment that is open 365 days/year, you WILL be working some holidays. Hours of operation will be from 12 pm - 11 pm

Working hours: 12-11

* Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
* Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.

Position will pay $12.50/hour - working 5 days/week - 4-8 hour shifts - 30 hours a week - PART TIME ONLY.
