FT Collections Representative!

Randstad is currently seeking full time Collections Representatives to work in the Newark/Wilmington, DE area. This role includes receiving inbound and outbound calls and solving/educating customers on specific account information, concerns and inquiries. It will require you to make a high volume of calls and is in a fast pace environment. You will be collecting on negative accounts and contacting delinquent members by telephone to determine the reasons for delinquency. You are also assisting in bringing in current accounts and establishing a rapport with the members.

Working hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

- MUST have at least 2 years of Collections experience!!
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Banking or credit card experience is a plus!
- Sales experience is a plus!
