Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing company’s SEC reporting process and ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data, as well as; developing, implementing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies to ensure accurate data that is in compliance with corporate and legislative requirements.

• Assists in preparation of all external reporting functions, including compliance with GAAP, SEC, NYSE, XBRL, and U.S. Census requirements.
