JOB DETAILS:

Sales Account Executive

Dominion Enterprises, Inc., the photo guide/classified publication industry leader in the US, seeks successful individual to manage and further develop our organization. This challenging opportunity is for self-starters with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships in the rapidly expanding employment marketplace with The Employment Guide®.

Essential Duties:

Account Executive responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business using a consultative sales method, offering local businesses print and online recruitment solutions.

Planning

  • Develop an understanding of customer needs within the assigned industry segment
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales plans

Selling

  • Prospect & close new business
  • Develop and present advertising recommendations based on customer needs
  • Manage the Sales Funnel - convert prospects into customers and customers into advocates on a timely basis
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective customer service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up
  • Consistently attain revenue goals

Developing

  • Participate in sales meetings
  • Jointly develop and implement a training/personal development program to enhance sales skills
  • Participate in sales coaching sessions with the Sales Manager

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be financially driven, highly disciplined and have an exceptionally strong work ethic. Additionally they will enjoy a team environment and the desire to exceed revenue goals. We want ambitious, driven individuals.

  • Must consistently have a positive attitude toward providing excellent service and support to customers, co-workers, and field support personnel
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Good administrative skills and ability to accurately spell and proofread
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office)
