JOB DETAILS:

3RD SHIFT Call Center Customer Service Representative!!

A local fulfillment center is looking for individuals that have INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, CALL CENTER EXPEREINCE, EXCELLENT TYPING/DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE. This is for a family owned company that is expanding their call center throughout the holiday season. Candidates must feel comfortable answering incoming calls while keying orders into a database system. High keystokes per hour and WPM are required.

Working hours: 11pm to 7am

-Customer Service experience
-Call Center experience
-at least 45 wpm
-ability to multi-task is a must
-because of the clientelle: professional demenor, articulation, and pernunciation are essential skills at being successful for this position.
