Intermediate Level Customer Service Opening!!!

Key Words: Customer Service; Communication skills; Call Center; Reporting

Large corporate company located in Collegeville is seeking Customer Service Associates on a temporary to permanent basis. Candidate will be responsible for the retention of their customer base across all company service lines through proactive customer interaction, support and analysis. Ensure customer requirements are resolved in accordance with service level agreements and performance metrics. These are fantastic opportunities to start with a national company that offers growth potential. The positions are slated to begin in January of 2010 but we are starting to get candidates lined un NOW so please do not hesitate if you are interested in learning more about these openings.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships through exceptional problem solving skills and consistent follow through. Lead problem resolution within established guidelines; effectively communicate with other departments and the customers.
- Support customer requirements in a timely and consistent manner, model exemplary customer service behaviors, with the customer as the primary focus
- Meet and/or exceed all service level agreements, performance metrics and Customer Service team goals. Perform proactive calls to accounts to review service performance, develop and/or recommend service resolution plans and potential opportunities
- Review reports within established guidelines, make appropriate decisions around support improvement plans
- Generate proactive and proprietary reports such as activity reports and negative growth for account analysis and identification of at risk accounts

Working hours: Full time

Functional Skills:
--Strong Customer Service skills and detail oriented
--Computer literacy and ability to use on-line system for input, maintenance and inquiries
--Competency in computer software packages
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
--Ability to work the shifts provided based on business needs.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
--4 Year College Degree Mandatory
--5-7 years of related experience in a customer service atmosphere
--Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
