According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the employment for call center jobs during the 2006 and 2016 decade is expected to increase exponentially. Their rate of 25 percent is much faster than the national average for all occupations and will create one of the largest amounts of new jobs. This is due to an increased reliance in e-commerce which will require more support from call center workers and call center manager jobs.
