Manheim is hiring for a Contract Processing Rep job in Grove City,OH

This position will provide contract and sales support to the business as well as supporting the executive team with administrative duties. This position will also supplement the Implementations team on client on-boarding activities such as ensuring requests received for State Adds, Lender Address and Name Changes are received, managed and completed within requirements.
Essential Functions:
  • Client Contract Management – assist with preparation, distribution, and execution of contract documents including NDAs, Service Agreements, Addendums, etc.; process pricing information through appropriate channels to ensure proper billing; properly disburse  all fully executed documents; maintain contract renewal site of Sales & Marketing; sales pipeline updates; update CRM with new client/contact information; assign Client ID’s to new Clients – 50%
  • Scanning and archiving all completed agreements – 10%
  • Vendor Contract Management – maintain paper and electronic files of Vendor Contract/Agreements from within all departments – 10%
  • Physical file maintenance within the title vault– 10%
  • All-inclusive contract maintenance – Client/State/Vendor Contracts – maintain electronic files by scanning  and posting  contract/agreement to internal company website, maintain all physical files as well – 10%
  • Client or client prospect due diligence and compliance document requests-  5%
  • Complete all setup & configuration of scheduled client implementation per the documented configuration requirements and checklists.
  • Ensure requests received for State Adds, Lender Address and Name Changes are received, managed and completed within requirements.
Non-Essential Functions:
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.  5%


Experience:  2-4 yrs                Details:   Office/Document Administration
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortably operate scanning and OCR equipment
  • Adept at filing and overall organization
