Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:   

  • Manage training and policy teams
  • Manage overall training requirements, ensure sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and program training
  • Timely flag resource constraints and align training plans with training resource capacity
  • Ensure continuous improvement of training materials and overall curriculum 
  • Provide thought leadership to training and policy teams re: process/curriculum and content improvement opportunities
  • Define measurement concept for training success and track new hire learning curve

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma plus a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a training delivery role, preferably in an international environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training leadership role, preferably in an operations environment
  • Current knowledge and experience with effective learning methodologies, tools, and learning management systems
  • Demonstrated experience with training needs analysis, program and curriculum development, training delivery, and training evaluation methods
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and plan for obstacles or barriers to learning and performance support solutions
  • General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality/process improvement techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software for office productivity, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Organizational Design, or related field
  • Knowledge of multi-cultural communications and cultural context in supporting other countries
