Supervises all activities of the Extended Hours Service to ensure that Policyholder and claimant loss reports and claims inquiries are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. Assists FNOL Representatives with claims questions or issues.

• Hours will vary must be able and willing to work both first and second shift as scheduled
• Weekend and holiday hours will be scheduled on a rotating basis
• Strong preference in this role for candidates with previous supervisory experience in a call center environment
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field, preferred. Three years of any combination of call center, claims handling, office management or progressive clerical experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. In depth knowledge of ERIE claims handling practices, including coverage recognition, material damage and rental assignment processes, loss report input process, Claims Management System (CMS), or equivalent industry experience preferred. Completion of Intro to Property & Liability Insurance, Intro to Claims, Associate in Claims (AIC) or related coursework preferred. This position requires the incumbent to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, second shift, third shift, and weekends.
