Yardi Systems in Dallas, TX is searching for a full time Sales Account Executive to join their growing team!

The Account Executive, Marketing Services will work to effectively leverage our outstanding relationships with Multifamily owners and property managers to accelerate the growth and adoption of Rent Cafe Reach. RentCafe Reach is a suite of advanced marketing services offered exclusively to Yardi customers. The offering includes RentCafe.com, a premiere Internet Listing Service for apartment rentals; along with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) services to draw more traffic to clients' own property websites. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business, increasing business with existing customers, and developing a strong pipeline while meeting monthly and annual sales goals. 

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of your territory. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and prospects in your territory through phone calls and in-person visits.
Identify and win new business through prospecting, cold calls and in-person meetings.
Successfully meet and exceed goals for new prospect call and sales presentations.
Conduct online and in-person sales presentations and demos.
Represent the Yardi RentCafe brand at industry events. 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales.
Experience marketing within the multifamily industry is preferable, but not required.
Proven track record at identifying and qualifying prospects, and exceeding sales goals.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
High level of professionalism and ethics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 30%
Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
