What you'll do

Receiving incoming travel requests through designated Corporate Travel email inboxes and over the phone. High level of interaction with executives and executive secretaries, as well as interact with management staff members and various AAA employees from across the Auto Club Enterprises. Provide travel quotes and recommendations to employees for business travel. Determine service needs and resolve issues immediately. Utilize advanced travel reservation skills including travel counseling, processing reservations, collecting payments, and working with third party vendors to secure reservations and pricing. Demonstrate strong customer service skills in order to handle immediate business travel needs. Provide Legendary Service with all employee interactions and build a positive, memorable relationship with each employee. Achieve individual performance goals by supporting management, providing a high level of accuracy and timeliness, demonstrating initiative, and being dependable to the entire team.


What you'll bring

High School Diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent certification required. Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of work and education desired. A minimum of three years of customer service experience required. Must have advanced knowledge of appropriate computer systems to fulfill member travel requests. Previous Auto Club experience in travel industry preferred. Professional communication skills required, both written and verbal. General organizational and time management skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel desired. Applicants should possess proven sales and legendary service results with an exceptional ability to offer expert advice.
