1208_262943 Provide help desk problem resolution to ACE Independent Contract Station network. Ability to successfully troubleshoot Windows PC and Android based tablet applications and hardware problems over the phone. Assist in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair or modification of a wide variety of electronic communication equipment. Equipment includes but not limited to: mobile voice radios, Android tablets, personal computers, modems, setup of in-vehicle camera systems or parts. Perform installation in offices and tow trucks. Maintain compliance with industry standards. Document all work performed and equipment and parts used in the Service Performance and Inventory Management System (SPIMS) within 2 business days of work completed. This includes managing company van stock used for spare parts or replacement. Assist in programming tablets/mobile devices. Report failures, damage to or unauthorized modification of unit to Supervisor, as well as report performance issues. Maintain availability to provide system assistance and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Maintain company vehicle used to perform maintenance field. Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned
Education: AA Degree or equivalent electronics training or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
