SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the departmentManagers, Directors and Vice President in all aspects of the talent managementand development as well as overseeing and/or facilitating various specialprojects independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Otherduties may be assigned.

1.Under direction from the OD leadership team, develops and/or implements department-specificemployee communication to enhance the understanding and appreciation ofprograms.

2.Participates in department specific events (both internal and external).

3.Research and develop a strong understanding of ELMculture.

4.Assist with project managementresponsibilities and/or special projects as assigned.

5.Provideslogistical support in managing VPs schedule of organizational events.

6.Completes monthlyexpense reporting for the OD department.

7.Prepare reports, presentations andcorrespondence related to the business activities of the department.

8.Coordinates staff development programs, including new employeeorientation.

9.Generates management information reports from PeopleSoft weekly, monthlyand per request.

10.Maintains department eLINK page content.

11.Assists with all employee events hosted and sponsored by the department.

Qualifications

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently.

Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office,Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and abilityto multi-task.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 year of HR and/or OD relatedexperience or equivalent education required.

Experience with MS Office is required.

Visio experience preferred

Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
