seeking a a Registered Nurse with leadership experience to be the Hospital Services Administrator for our acute dialysis program in the Central Coast. Dialysis experience is NOT required. This Hospital Services Administrator will support our clinical team in
providing acute dialysis treatment to patients in the hospital. This leadership role will
be based out of Pismo Beach but will manage an acute dialysis program across 5
hospital partners throughout San Luis Obispo and the Central Coast. The Hospital
Services Administrator role can be exceptionally rewarding and can also

Management - Exceed expectations of our hospital partners.
Hospital Service Administrators adeptly manage the business aspects of our
hospital partnerships. You are responsible for adhering to our contractual
responsibilities and maintaining strong relationships with
hospital administration and staff. You anticipate the hospital's needs and
ensure their satisfaction with our service.
Management - Drive bottom line results. Successful
Hospital Service Administrators ensure the complete operation and performance
of their acute dialysis programs including all financial aspects. Hospital
Service Administrators manage budgets, forecast expenses, communicate with
vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance with public health and
Care - Impact patient lives and deliver optimal
clinical outcomes. Success in an acute dialysis hospital setting is measured by
how well patients respond to their dialysis treatments. The Hospital
Service Administrator is responsible for monitoring patient clinical outcomes
utilizing DaVita's quality metric in coordination with doctors, nurses and
the interdisciplinary team.
