The I.T. Site Coordinator functions as the corporate I.T. presencein a developing community and/ orcorporate location.This job requires exercisingindependent problem solving skills whileworking with residents and staff members to provide support to end users . The IT Site Coordinator also supports the primary technologicalobjectives of the community and corporate.

This is a Part Time Postion 20hours per week

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1)Function as the I.T. liaison for the community andcorporate leaders

2)Communicate with various department managers and staffon an ongoing basis to address any areas where technology needs are not beingmet and/or improvement opportunities exist

3)Tier 2 hardware and software support

4)Coordinate onsite support projects driven by corporateand community initiatives

5)Purchase and deploy equipment for life cycle replacementor when the need for new equipment occurs

6)Provide support for telephone systems in areas such asMove, Add, Change (MAC) requests and basic troubleshooting

7)Conduct end user training on standard applicationsand hardware

8)Assist with I.T. related projects

9)Create and manage IT budget for location expenses andcapital purchases of technology related equipment & services

10)Create, implement and document community specific IT procedures

11)Maintain inventory of I.T. goods

12)Initiate, coordinate and maintain service vendorrelationships according to corporate guidelines

13)Supporting Erickson Resident Computer Services (E.R.C.S.)

a)Provides troubleshooting and repair services forresident computer issues

b)Provide residents with training on applications andhardware in individual or classroom settings

c)Provide consulting services

d)Assist in the Marketing of the service

14)Supporting resident technology initiatives including:

a)Community Computer Clubs

b)Resident Computer Labs

Thorough knowledge of personal computer systems anddesktop operating systems

Effective oral, written and interpersonal communicationskills

Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries orcomplaints, as well as deal appropriately with emotional customer servicesituations

Ability to manage priorities, working both independentlyand within a team

Basic knowledge of networking, server administration,and phone systems

Candidates must have a strong customer service focus

Candidates must have the temperament to work under pressurein a demanding and changing environment


Associates degree in a technical filed or 3-5 yearsrelevant experperience required

Candidates should show evidence of an inclinationtowards continuous learning
