Weekend Bonus Pay
For every hour worked on Saturday and Sunday, Team Members can earn an additional $2.50 per hour.
Managers qualify to earn bonuses on a weekly, as well as an annual, basis.
After 12 months of continuous full-time service, Team Members earn six paid holidays throughout the year.
Paid vacations are awarded to full-time Team Members based on length of service and hours worked.
After 12 months of employment, Team Members can begin to defer up to 50% of their earnings into a 401(K) Plan, not to exceed the IRS cap.
All Team Members receive a 10% discount at any Menards® location throughout the Midwest.
Team Members receive gifts on various holidays throughout the year, as well as on their birthday! Every December, Team Members will receive a holiday bonus in the form of a Merchandise Credit Check to use in the stores as well.
In-Home Training is an optional program designed to help Team Members increase their knowledge of products and job duties in their department, which in turn will result in better service to our guests.
Department Team Member Training
Each new department Team Member will be assigned training materials to help them become familiar with their department and become comfortable selling the products in the department.
Preparing for Advancement Program
This training is designed to review management topics and provide training on how to apply the topics presented into everyday situations.
